The Roller Change Out Lift has made a big impact in the Potash Industry on the safety and productivity for changing out rollers and idlers underground. Working alongside the customer, Brandt developed a specialty man basket certified for use with OEM forklifts. This tool allows the operator to safely navigate, lift and positions all the parts and tooling required for the task.
Features may include:
Hydraulic Retractable Platform- With a hydraulic retractable platform, the baskets can easily maneuver throughout the mine.
- Hydraulic activated lifting platforms allow for ergonomic safe handling in around belt when conducting upper and lower roller changes
- Integrated rails and lanyard points keep the workers safe
- Must only be used on approved model forklifts
- Product Specification meets or exceeds OH&S Standards and Mining Standards
- Standard Conveyor/Belt Width is up to 60" (can be configured for other sizes)
- Extending Floor Capacity 400 lbs. (dependent on forklift)
- Fork Lifting Capacity 800 lbs. (dependent on forklift)
- Hydraulic Supply quick couple to forklift auxiliary output
